Like all the color [singular - should be plural] are made up of three fundamental color-green,blue and red,

Chinese cooking are [plural verb - should be singular] made up of four fundamental cooking techniques ; [should be a colon]

namely, frying, boiling,stir-frying and deep-frying.[There are only two cooking techniques here - stir- and deep-frying are variations of frying

Just as all colours are built up from the three basic colours - red, blue and yellow - so Chinese cookery consists of variations on two fundamental techniques: boiling and frying.

Aren't three basic colors: red, blue and green?

While you're on colours, here are some interesting facts:

In the field of printing, the three primary colours are blue, red and yellow.

In the field of lighting, the three primary colours are blue, red and green.
