    please correct ny grammar

Due to many complaints from our customer for the grease on the carton which was suspected from stained container floor. Even though we had set the guild line to the factories, but they also failed and cannot did not have the improvement. Is it possible to send our QC to inspect the container and take some photo to show the condition of the container?

You can't correct New Yorkers' grammar, Zoe. It's just how they are.

    Incorrigible?

There were many complaints from our customer about the grease stains on the cartons which were suspected to be from the container floor.

Even though we had set guildelines for factory staff on quality control and housekeeping, they have not been followed, unfortunately. We view the matter seriously and would like take remedial measures. Is it possible to send our QC over to inspect the container and take some photos?

We have received many complaints from customers about grease on the cartons. The grease may have come from stains on the floor where the cartons are kept. May we send our QC staff to inspect the container and take some photos to document the condition of the container? Thank you.
