    Grammar

    A,"Did she see him?"
B," No, she didn't. she was sorry to miss him."

Do I have to change "miss" to "have missed" in this case?

A,"I wonder why she didn't speak to me?"
B,"You seem/ seemed to have annoyed her yesterday."

I perfer "seemed". If "seem" is right, why?

I perfer "seemed". If "seem" is right , why? Because it still seems that you annoyed her yesterday.

You seem to have annoyed her. is correct.
    I wonder....present tense.
It seems you have annoyed her. appropriate.
