I'd like to ask if the following words (applied, implement and put in practice) are completely interchangeable in the sentence:
The strategy has not yet been presented but it seems to be applied/implemented/put in practice already.
The intended meaning: consultants have developed a strategy for the Company, the strategy has not been officially presented but it appears to be implemented.
..put into practice.
However, in this rather formal sentence I would have gone for "implemented".
