    Are these correct?

    1. The shipment date is July 05; please pull in your inspection date to June 30 in order have enough time for shipping avoid late penalty.

    2. We are still waiting for your photo to show us the condition of container for each shipment which was requested form our last email dated June 05. Please send us today.

    3. Did our customer sign the correct sample yesterday? Please take a photo for our record.

    4. Our QC schedule is so tighten now, which is requires one week in advance booking. Please send us your booking earlier in order to fulfill the date as your request.

    The shipment due date is July 5. Please move your inspection date forward to June 30 to avoid late inspection penalty.

    You can try the following
    1.The shipment date is July 05; please advance (pull in) your inspection date to June 30 in order to have enough time for shipping as well as to avoid late penalty.

    2. We are still waiting for the (your) photos from you to show us the condition of container for each shipment . This (which) was requested from our side in the last email dated June 05. Please send them to us today without fail..

    3. Did our customer sign the correct sample yesterday? Please take a photo for our record.

    4. Our QC schedule is so tight now that it (which is) requires one week in advance for booking. Please send us your booking date earlier enabling us (in order to fulfill) to stick by the date of your choice.
