Are you just looking for examples?

    I will eat soon.

    I got up early.

My friend will come over soon.

The early hours of the day are my favorite.

When will you pay me the money you owe me? I will pay you soon.

Are you sure we have to go in 30 minutes? That's so soon! / It's too early! (either makes sense but the first deals with the amount of time being short, the second deals with it being early in the day/night)

soon, at the first possible moment.
early, before the designated time, not late.
