    meaning

    Hi,

    could you please tell me what does "from time to time" refer to in the following sentence:

    The company enters into this agreement as trustee for itself and its affiliates from time to time and holds the benefit of and resulting from it on trust for such persons.

    I would say that it refers to "affiliates" - that it will be a trustee for the affiliates from time to time but I am not sure.

    I agree with you. If it wasn't a legal document I would insert commas: ", and its affiliates from time to time, "
