    Is it called "agricultural film"?

Hi! I am wondering what "the plastic sheeting" is in English? Is its agricultural film? Please see the attached picture.

    Thank you!

It's polyethylene sheets to cover greenhouses.
It's used to trap heat inside the greenhouse and to protect plants from extreme cold.

I searched "polyethylene sheets" via Google but just found few useful results. Its name probably is agricultural membranes.

From the way it is being used in the first picture, I would say that it is semi-permeable agricultural membrane, used to protect plants from the cold but to allow light, water and air to pass through to nourish the plants.

What are they doing with it in the picture on the left? (It looks like it might be for weed prevention.)

Hi RonBee, thank you for your correction on my word again.

I don't really know too. I grew up in a small coastal city of southeast China.

    Say:
    I really don't know either.
We use "either" with negative statements and "too" with positive statements. Examples:
I don't know. Do you know?
No, I really don't know either.

    I know that.
    I know it too.
I could come up with a million other examples, but that would take weeks.
