#Hi!How's everyone! Could anyone whose first language is English please help correct the following sentences and please explain why? Thanks.
1. I have an appointment with Mary but she didn't show up. She stood me up. or others ways to say this?
casual: be a no show/she didn't show/didn't come around/failed to show
Is 'stand sb up' only used for dating situations?
2. I know a few ways to make a digital clock.(Can you revise it to make it sound better?)
It sounds fine to me, Eelt. In what way do you want it to sound better, more formal or what?
