Is there any thing such as "preliminary schedule" .

May be "The preliminary meeting is scheduled at....................."

Schedule means a list of timed, planned activities or events: A schedule can for railway/Airline/Factory. Preliminary schedule means original shedule and in the case of a factory it shows the delail manufacturing programme drawn up for a period(a week/month/year). If there is subsequent change in the programme, you may call that a modified /secondary schedule.
