    ...I think you might have made a mistake. None of those fit. I would say "an I.Q. of 160."

    It's "an I.Q" because I.Q. stands for "Intelligence Quotient" and as this starts with a vowel it takes "an".

    An Intelligence Quotient.
    An apple.
    A banana.

    She has an I.Q. of 160.
    She could have; the I.Q. of a genius.
    She could have (obviously has); some I.Q. but we don't know what level.
