    poor line vs..../interrupt

    Hi

I know we can say that the line is poor.

Can I also say that "the line is fine and I can hear you well"

Is it OK to say: something's interrupting!

Ex: The line is fine. I can hear you clearly.
Ex: There is static on the line.
