The third one is correct but anticipation should be followed by 'of' not 'for'

The third one is correct but anticipation should be followed by 'of' not 'for'
in anticipation (of): in preparation for something happening

I am in anticipation of some beautiful geraniums. >> I have the expectation of some beautiful geraniums

We will have to wait in anticipation of some beautiful geraniums >> We need to wait and some beautiful geraniums are what we hope we will get.

with anticipation: a feeling of excitement about something that is going to happen in the near future

I am waiting with anticipation for some beautiful geraniums. >> I look forward to some beautiful geraniums growing

Thank you Anglika for the useful guidance. After your clarification the first sentence is also correct and I rectify my mistake to that extent.
