    I strongly feel that Microsoft is a terrific company to work with.

    or

    I strongly feel that Microsoft is a terrific company to work for.

    It depends on what you mean. Both are correct but mean different things.

    "I strongly feel that Microsoft is a terrific company to work with." would be something that an employee of a company working in partnership with Microsoft might say.

    "I strongly feel that Microsoft is a terrific company to work for." would be something that a happy employee of Microsoft might say.
