    Grammatically, yes.
    I'm not quite sure that it's meaning comes across as positively as you believe. To say," ..is not our business." = we don't give a hoot about the quality of our business, business services, customer satisfaction. We then read the next sentence, and have to reinterpret.

    It might be improved as

    Excellence is not only our business - it's our tradition.

    I couldn't agree more with David's comments: When you say "it's not our business" you could get people to think entirely the wrong thing. His solution is a good one.
