    Re: english basics

    1. Are you laughing [right now]? <progressive or continuous action>

    1. Do you laugh often/ every day? <simple present; e.g., routine, habit>

I know everything in English, like tenses, but my problem is that I don't know how to use them correctly. My other problem is I can't translate English to Hindi in proper sequence. I know the meaning of whole sentences but not in sequence. What can I do for this? Please suggest something for me. Suppose I know do/does is used in asking questions, but am confused with sentences like this, "Are you laughing?" Can I say it in this way, "Do you laugh?" Additionally, what is the difference between both sentences. Please solve my problem with a concise explanation.
