    Question Correct Sentence?

    Please advise which sentence is correct:

    a) Peter wished that his brother would be happy with the new toy.

    b) Peter wished that his brother will be happy with the new toy.

    If peter gave the toy to his brother, the possesive pronoun "his" sounds better.
