What does " look out for" mean in this context?

    Hi,
What does " look out for" mean in this context? Thanks for your help.

    L - How's Michael?
S - He's anxious to see you. Unfortunately, we've been told that that's not possible until final visitation.
    L - You've been through this before?
S - No. Uh, Just so you know, a doctor needs to be present, so, for what it's worth, I'll be there tonight.
    L - Can I ask a favor?
    S - Yeah. What?
L - When I'm gone, can you... Will you look out for my brother?
