    Which is the correct sentence?

    Which is the correct sentence:

    1. Did you have your breakfast/ lunch/ dinner?
    2. Did you had your breakfast/ lunch/ dinner?
    3. Have you had your breakfast/ lunch/ dinner?

Or is there any other alternative asking this question?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    SF

#3 is the normal question if you are asking whether someone has finished a meal; #1 is used if you are unsure whether or not that person managed to get a meal.

I can't at the moment think of other ways to ask this

If we remove 'your' the question could also be asked if the time for the meal wasn't over yet.
    e.g. It's 11:00. Have you had breakfast?

The clarification give by anglica is suffice. However I think in the third one use of a time expession in the past will add to the meaning.
