    Is this paragraph grammatically correct?

    The real estate prices continue to hit high, buying a dream home is a farfetched for the common man. Buying row house is not in sight for common man. But puranik builders is offering row house atthe same rate as apartment.

    If Puranik Builder is the name of the company, it requires capital letters.
