    Are the sentences correctly phrased?

    1. Not only don't I receive any compliments, I constantly get criticised.

    2. Not only don't I receive a compliment, I get criticised.

    3. Not only don't I receive any compliments, I constantly get criticised.

    4. Not only do I not receive a compliment, but I also constantly get
    criticized.

Are all the above sentences correct? If so what is the difference in meaning, especially in regard to the fourth and the the other sentences?

These sentences have an inverted word order. It's called emphatic inversion. In such sentences contracted forms are not used. So only the fourth sentence is correct. I would also change the position of the adverb of frequency and put it after the auxiliary 'get'.
Not only do I not receive a compliment, but I also get constantly criticized.
