    Hi again,

    Is it fine to say "You is a freak!" I wonder if we can use is with you.

    Hello Mister N.,

    Only "you are" is the correct form in standard English.

    In some non-standard kinds of English, you might hear "you is" or "you was". The latter is quite common in some London dialects, for instance.
