    It is a queer question,maybbe

    There are 3 sentences,one teacher told me only 3) is right.I wanna ask why 1) and 2) are wrong and 3) is right?Thanks.
    1)They must kill that criminal ,don't they?
    2) They must kill that criminal ,won't they?
    3)They must kill that criminal ,mustn't they

    3)They must kill that criminal ,mustn't they?

    The question tag must follow the auxillary verb in front of the sentence, in this case, 'must'.

    other examples:
    They would kill that criminal, wouldn't they?
    They should kill that criminal, shouldn't they?
    They did kill that criminal, didn't they?

    not a teacher

    and 'wanna' maybe fine for pop songs, but not in normal conversation. It immediately pegs you as having little education.
