    The joined words are headache and heartache.
    Stomach ache and ear ache are not joined.

    There are no collocations for eye/hand/elbow and ache. We would say we have "eyestrain" or "an ache/a pain in the eye", and for the joints, would say "ache in the elbow/hand/knee/shoulder/elbow".
