When we use 's' with the verb, what is the usage and how we use it. For e.g. It involves or he involve. one with 's' and one without 's'. Pl clarify this present tense situation. Also the use of does which is related with 's'.

    Ex: It involves.

    Present
    she VERB+s
    he VERB+s
    it VERB+s

    does VERB
Ex: Does she, he, it work late?
=> There is no -s on the verb work because it's already on Does.
