No X is so... that can't

I have two questions for (1).

    (1) No problem is so big that you can't find a solution to it.

Do you agree that (2) is a paraphrase of (1)?

    (2) No problem is too big for you to find a solution to (it).

Do you agree that (3) correctly explains what (1) actually means?

    (3) You can find a solution to any problem, no matter how big it may be.

    Thank you in advance

Yes to both questions, as far as inference goes.

Whether this assertion holds in reality...

Re: No X is so... that can't

Now, I know Myoga's following sentence is right

*** You can find a solution to any problem, no matter how big it may be.

Then,my following sentence is right too?
@@@ You can find a solution to any problem, no matter how big it is.

If yes ,who can tell me the differenec of the 2 sentences?Myoga's sentence is milder and more euphemistic than mine ?

    Thanks

may be implies uncertainty - however big the problem might be.

is implies that the size is a fact.
