is is simple present of the verb to be.
is kept is the simple present but in passive voice.

The schedule is keep on July 15. what would be is keep? for me, nothing.

The schedule remains intact. (July 15). would work for me the best.

    Re: kept or keep ?

Oh I've just seen the sentence was interrogative one.
Zoe, why didn't you use the ordinary interrogative form to ask a question

Is the schedule kept (intact) on July 15? if you've used the interrogative mark ? at the end of the sentence

In addition Anglika submited his post while I was writing mine. (I haven't checked out )

    Finally
Anglika please let me know is it possible to say

In addition Anglika submited his post as I mine.
In addition Anglika has submited his post as I have mine.

    Is anyone of these correct?
