    is this sentence correct?

    The factory was sent the LED Holder (part no. PS-105805) to their HK office, therefore, there are only three kinds of parts for your inspection tomorrow.

    In my opinion sounds better like:
    "The factory sent the LED Holder (part no. PS-105805) to their HK office. Therefore, there are only three parts for your inspection tomorrow."

    You can try this one, replacing 'was' by 'has':
    The factory has (was) sent the LED Holder (part no. PS-105805) to their HK office. Therefore, there are only three kinds of parts available for your inspection tomorrow.

    The factory has (was) sent the LED Holder (part no. PS-105805) to their HK office - this means the factory was the sender
    The sentence probably means this, which has a different meaning from the sentence above:
    The LED Holder (part no. PS-105805) was sent to the HK office of the factory.(the sender was not mentioned)

    not a teacher
