    blowing off the responsibility

    Hi,
"I wouldn't have dreamed of blowing off the responsibility."
Could you please explain the meaning of "blowing off the responsibility". What does it mean?
    Thanks

    Re: blowing off the responsibility

When you "blow off" the responsibility for something you decide not to take responsibility for it.
