    be mindful

Can you please help me to express sentence more naturally in English?

Tomorrow, we will have important visitors. They are going to observe our class, so I want you to look neat and be mindful about your attitude in class. Try to listen up and stay awake in class.

I think it is better if you use "mindful of" and drop the "up" after "listen".
