1) does he has a car ?
2) has he a car ?
which one is correct between the above two sentences and why ?
None. The verb in the first one is "have". Why? Because it has the the "does" in front.
The second one, in that form is not, is not a sentence. It could be , but with a diffrente order of words, like:
- Does he have a car?
(I'm not an English teacher)
- He has a car.
Frequently heard and answered by Yes, he has or No, he hasn't.
