    Word

A,' Have you seen the movie?'
    B,' Yes, I have.'
A,' What did you think of it?'
    B,' I think /thought it was fun.'

A,' Did you really say that words?'
B,' You know I never say/ said such words in my life.'

Both words in bold is fine in each case, right?
    But, which one is better?

    Please.

You usually answer a question in the same tense that it's asked.
A,"Have you seen the movie?' (present perfect)
B,' Yes, I have.' (present perfect)
A,' What did you think of it?' (simple past)
B,' I thought it was fun.' (simple past)

That's not a rule though - it's just the way things usually turn out when speaking. It's only a tendency, so:
A,' Did you really say those words?' (simple past)
B,' You know I never say such words.' (present) OK
B,' You know I've never said such words in all my life!" (pres. perf.) OK
B, 'You know I would never say such words"
    (Conditional) OK

    Re: Word

Both "I think it was fun" and " I never said in all my life" in each case are definitely wrong?

"I think it was fun" is a correct sentence.
The second one should be "I never said it in all my life" (add "it"). If you want it to sound natural, then you'd say "I've never said that in all my life".
