    don't

gtalk is a tool people use for chatting purposes.

i had seen in various sentences where people often don't use any verb after don't.

such as: i don't gtalk... i feel it means i don't use gtalk..

any explanations why verb use here is left out?

please provide few examples too:) thank you!

    Re: don't

    They're using "gtalk" (Google Talk) as a verb; e.g., I don't use gtalk (noun) ~ I don't gtalk (verb). Similarly, I don't use Google (noun) ~ I don't google (verb).

    _______________
    Suggestion
Have you thought of using capitals?

This is just another example of the way that English is losing it's character and it's beauty in favour of "snappy" phrases especially created for and by people with a low attention span.

Don't you hate it when this happens! It's probably my most common slip of the keys as well.

    Re: don't

I can't see anything wrong with it; after a while the verbs become standard usage. Do you object to photcopy/photograph etc as verbs?

Yes Ok, point taken, but being a dinosaur, I am trying to fight a sort of rearguard action, doomed I daresay.
