    Help reword my sentences

I need some help in rewording a few sentences. The following is a list of my sentences that I think should be reworded but not sure on how to do so.

Who is responsible of the company's procedure for document control?

Is there a master list? If so where is it and how will you use it to find evidence of control?

Is there more than one master list?

Who has authority to change documents?

Does the control system used show who has a copy of each document? If not, how do they know to update when documents are changed?
