    is this sentence correct?

    As for the second part of that sentence, I don't see how it goes with the first part of the sentence.

    Don't be worried, when you have been so nice to us. We will forward the/each report to the person best equipped to handle it but please co-oprate with us for an easy solution to the matter . We would appreciate your help.
