    prospectivity vs. prospectiveness

    Hi,
Can anyone comment on the use of "prospectivity"? A Google search gives 68800 hits. But the word is absent from most if not all dictionaries.
On the other hand, "prospectiveness" is present in most dictionaries, but a Google search gives only 3120 hits.

Is "prospectivity" replacing "prospectiveness" in modern usage?
Thank you for any enlightening comments.
    Robert

Prospectiveness is rare because there's not much call for the concept, and simpler constructions can be made with "prospect/s".
Prospectivity relates to prospecting (for oil, etc), which is a different concept. So no, prospectivity is not replacing prospectiveness.
