    What kind of appliances do you have in this apartment?

    is this sentence good and common English, please?
    the context is someone asking the owner information about a furnished apartment for rent.

    It makes sense. I would normally expect to ask about specific items: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave or whatever else I was expecting to be included.

    I would say "What appliances do you have?" and expect the person to name what specifically comes with the apartment.
