    what tenses should I use?

What tenses should I use in sentence with upper case letters? For me it does not sound good but I do not know how to correct it...

I was told that my first order does not exist and I do not have account with you. Then, you write me an e-mail where you keep telling me that I did not cancel the order.

PLEASE KINDY EXPLAIN HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL SOMETHING WHAT YOU TOLD ME THAT IT DOES NOT EXIST.

I wait for you answer within 14 days of this letter. I want you to close any accounts with surname. Otherwise, Citizens Advice Bureu will contact Cisa in my name.
