    Which one is correct?

    "Tumor invades the stomach and duodenum, the head of pancreas, the left kidney, and the colon."

    or

    "Tumor invades the stomach and duodenum, head of pancreas, left kidney, and colon."

    In my experience of ward rounds, clinical case presentations etc, I've heard it phrased:
    " (The)Tumor invades the stomach and duodenum, the head of the pancreas, the left kidney, and the colon."
    -particularly if pointing this out of a CAT scan

    and

    "(The) Tumor invades the stomach and duodenum, head of the pancreas, left kidney, and colon."
    usually if just reading out clinical notes.
