    is this correct?

    It is your responsibility to give the right advice to customer. I relied on it and it should not be me who is responsible for this situation. It is Tiscali responsibility to give clear and adequate answers.

    It is your responsibility to give the right advice to a customer/customers. I relied on it and it should not be me who is responsible for this situation. It is Tiscali's responsibility to give clear and adequate information/advice.
