    Grammar help

We received the customer complaint for 2 cartons missing during the air delivered from Hong Kong to France by port to door services in April. The total quantities for this shipment were 175 cartons and shown it in the air way bill. However, there were only 173 cartons received from our customer. Please investigate and advise us the results ASAP.

    Hi Zoe,

I was just thinking that this forum has made a marked improvement in your English. Whilst you are using it for work purposes, I do not think that it is any different in someone else using it to improve their English for schooling purposes. Any thoughts?

I would just change things around a little -:

We have received a customer complaint regarding 2 missing cartons airfreighted between Hong Kong and France. The freight, shipped in April, was on a port to door basis. The airway bill shows 175 cartons shipped. Please investigate and advise ASAP.

(Full transit details shown above) Again hope this helps.
    Regards Stilo
