    She could use either, but since she is not sure if there was a problem or not, she is allowing for the possibility that there was one.

    Isn't it enough to say server and not computer server.
    Isn't usually the word server related to computers?

    In the context of an exchange of e-mails, "server" is understood to mean "computer server".
