    Exclamation Please correct my sentences

    Dear Mr. Lichtblau,

Yet it has been five weeks since latest asking you to clear our between accounts, but we have not received either a reply or an explanation.
We think that you have been given sufficient time to clear this subject, and we must now insist that you clear this account within the next 10 days from date of this e-mail.

In the event that you do not clear our accounts at the appointed time, we assume that you have no claim, and you accept our e-mail No.MVL-LIP1124 DD. May06 ( see attached file).

In case you found the contrary, do not hesitate to send us your supporting documents for reconsideration ASAP.

The balance of between accounts: 1118.91 EUR in your favor

Time of sending probable contraries: July 30, 2008

    Best regards,

It is not clear what you mean by "between accounts".

Also, you state that the account is 1118.91 in his favour, so what has he to clear? He is in credit.

    Dear Mr. Lichtblau,

It has been five weeks since we last asked you to clear our *between* (shared?) accounts, yet we have not received either a reply or an explanation.

We think that you have been given sufficient time to *clear this subject* (complete this task?), and we must now insist that you clear this account within the next 10 days from date of this e-mail.

In the event that you do not clear our accounts at the appointed time, we will assume that you have no claim, and you accept our e-mail No.MVL-LIP1124 DD. May06 ( see attached file).

If you have evidence that this is not the case, do not hesitate to send us your supporting documents for reconsideration ASAP.

The balance of *between*(shared?) accounts: 1118.91 EUR in your favor

Time of sending: July 30, 2008

(Not a teacher, but this is how I'd edit it)

I took it to mean clear as in empty the account. If they mean clear as in clear a debt then that changes everything.

But if he is in credit, there is nothing to clear. It is important to be sure that the person who originally posted understands what he or she has written.

    Perhaps:
It has been five weeks since we asked you to clear out our accounts, but we haven't heard from you since then.
Why do you say "our accounts"?

(An explanation would certainly constitute a reply.)

    Re: Please correct my sentences

    Dear my firends,

"Our between accounts " means all statements of accounts between my company and his company.
    Thank you for your help.

    Dear heart_rr:
I suggest that you rewrite the letter leaving out between accounts.
(Say Dear friends, but not Dear my friends.)
