    Is get dressed a phrasal verb???If it's not what's the verb here??

    No, get is a linking verb, and dressed is a past participle.

    get up
    get on
    look at
    look after
    look for
    look out
    look forward to
    Phrasal verb is a verb with a preposition or adverb or both.
