    I asked one of my colleague to look into one issue from each and evey angles. After few weeks, i ask him:

    Wondered you had deliberated upon issue from income tax perspective?

    Does it sound good?

    I only just discovered that deliberated is actually a word:

    1. To think carefully and often slowly, as about a choice to be made.
    2. To consult with another or others in a process of reaching a decision.

    So yes, your sentence seems to work.
