    is this text correct?

We have some goods to Spain in the future shipment. Will it be handled by your company? If yes, please advise the normal schedule i.e. what is the shipping line, vessel closing date, vessel routing and transit time.. etc.

Zoe, are you "getting it" yet? (As indicated by tedtmc, you left a verb out of the first sentence.)

    Re: is this text correct?

It would not usually be used in this kind of communication. "...details re the shipping..." OR "details relating to the shipping..." OR "details of the shipping..." are all more usually found.

I hope this explanation from Answers.com helps.

viz: Definition and Much More from Answers.com
    Law Encyclopedia: Viz.

This entry contains information applicable to United States law only.

[Latin, A contraction of the term videlicet, to wit, namely, or that is to say.] A term used to highlight or make more specific something previously indicated only in general terms.

Actually it's really 2 words in Latin:
    "vide" (See!) and "licet".
    For translation of "licet" see:
    Translation Latin English licet

    hope this helps

Actually, the use of 'viz.' is not uncommon, just as you come across other abbreviations like i.e., a.m., p.m., eg., et al, etc. Yes, even etc. You don't write et cetera, do you?
