    Is this senetence correct?

    Did you issue the L/C to the factory as I requested you on July 24? We did not need waiting for the customer L/C arrive then issue to the factory, as they are separate document

    I'd say: 'Did you issue the L/C to the factory as I asked you to on July 24th? We'd no need to wait for the customer's L/C to arrive before issuing one (to the factory), because they are separate documents'
