    Inspection problem

4002 pcs SG689 were inspected yesterday by the customer, and the result was pending. Because the powder was 120/50HZ which was difference for their record 120/60HZ. After checking the factory, Mr. Wong advised that this is because their subcontractor did not the suitable equipment for testing during the inspection, therefore results less 10 hertz? Is this correct? But why our QC did not found this problem for the inspection on July 28.

    Hi Manas,

    Thank you for your correction.
Do you think use a problem will be better than discripancy in the last sentence?

    Regards

discrepancy better expresses the difference in the inspector's findings.

nb - in the first sentence - ...the result is pending.
