    Well, for me the sentences should be:


    • Sandy will cancel the appoinment tomorrow. (She will cancel it tomorrow).


    • Sandy will cancel the appointment for tomorrow. (She will cancel the appointment planed for tomorrow).

    (sounds strange, why wait for tomorrow to cancel?)

    Sandy will cancel tomorrow's appointment
    which is the same as
    Sandy will cancel the appointment for tomorrow.

    not a teacher
