This one is correct (the comma is unnecessary, and you need a space between your full stop and the next sentence). But you'll have to wait for a real teacher to tell you why.

Re: which sentence is right ?

It is not a natural English structure.

We are going for lunch now. Do join us.
We are going for lunch now if you can join us.
We are going for lunch now, so if you are free you can join us.
